winstyles wont work...am i stupid?

when i downloaded a winstyle program it went to my documents and when i click on it it askes what i want to open it with...I have tried everything...even my windowblinds and nothing works...what am i doing wrong?

thanx chris....but i have winstyles and it tells me that it has a problem accessing the info. and the ones that i do have in there that came with it..does not work. it says that they are loaded...but nothing changes.
any more suggestions?
