DesktopX Pro 3.5

Serial Number Not Valid

from Stardock Forums

I am trying to install DesktopX Pro 3.5 from the web page. The download is without error, but when I try to install it, the serial number that is on the web page is not accepted. I click on the serial number and I get a "copied to clipboard...". When I paste it in the serial number field, the text is identical to that on the web page. However, the instlaller refuses to accept it.

I have emailed Starock Support twice now about 2 weeks apart, but so far I have received no response.

have you gotten an auto-response?

If not there may be somethign preventing us from getting it.  Make sure to check your junk mail or spam filter to see if we sent something to you.

Zu, did they get the thing fixed so that it runs desktops with scripts?

 

If not, then a serial isn't gonna help much.

I review the junk email titles before I trash them. I did receive the requested list of applications and serial numbers from the Stardock Store on 4/1/12, but I have seen nothing from Stardock Support. I do not have stardock.com blocked, but I have added it to my safe list.

I have the same problem. When I try to install it and put the serial number that is copied from my account it say the is a wrong number. Is sad that we need to search a Torrent to resolve these problems just to get a quick solution.

48 hours after and I still waiting for any solution. This is a good way to show when they answer to a customer. By the moment, 2 days after... Tomorrow will see.
