crashes in rebellion main menue UI right after loading or unloading mod

Has anyone had this issue?  I have been fiddling around making some simply balance mods just to better influence my feedback on the subject, and i have noticed that my game tends to crash, not minidump, fairly shortly after activating or deactivating a mod.

 

Has anyone else noticed this?

It doesn't prevent you from modding though, all you have to do is restart the game...it also crashes when you disable a mod to go back to vanilla
