can some one please help me?? with window blinds?`toolbars?

it seems that when i put a windowblinds on that the taskbar doesent change much at all? why is this ? i get no shape change in my buttons ? no color change in my bar? not alot of anything... but the rest of the blind works fine. can some one please help me thanks.

You have to be running Windows XP for the taskbar to be totally skinned as you see in the screenshots. Check out Objectbar at https://www.stardock.com. I believe it works on W2K and will skin the taskbar in XP like fashion.
