I need an XPlanation

I just installed Windows XP Professional, and now Window Blinds doesn't work. I can run the config window but it won't apply any skins. I have the latest version of WB, so I have no idea what is going on. Any ideas?
Also, it refuses to show in the systray.

In display properties/appearance tab you don't have skins listed in the drop down window? Forget the sys tray thing although I see there is an option to enable it. Have you rebooted?

Bryan...WB is accessed via the 'Display Properties' dialogue....right click on the desktop, select the 'Appearance' tab....if WB is installed...it'll be there...

I don't have any skins listed in that drop down box, only the two that came with XP, "windows classic" and "XP".
Also, I have everything set to show, including "show icon in system tray", and "run WB at startup". Desktop X is running o.k., so is icon packager, but WB won't load no matter what I do.

You need to download WindowBlinds 3 and install it.

I have had WB3 since it came out, so it can't be that. Any other ideas?

The English can't play cricket, either...

Sheesh! Aussies! Can't live with 'em, can't kill 'em......
Actually Jafo, I have absolutely ZERO interest in cricket, I think it's the most boring game ever invented. So if England get their butts kicked whilst playing it, I will lose no sleep. I like football (Soccer to our American friends), and any sport that requires an engine.
I also quite like aussie rules footy!
