Can windowblinds start automatically when you reboot your system?

Is there a way for windowblinds to start up when you reboot so the skin you were using prior to rebooting can appear instead of reloading the program and loading the skin again when you restart the PC? Thanks in advance.

There's a patch for WindowsXP "only" at Stardock's website that solves this issue.
