for some reason my taskbar and start menu does not skin when i appy a skin to my desktop, any suggestions?

I would probabley just uninstall it, then reinstall it. And if that doesn't help maybe it's the skin itself. Maybe that skin doesn't cover the start menu or files are missing. hope it helps. bye.
