I bought Object Dekstop few minutes ago and I can't download Object Dekstop ! Money has been debited but i got NOTHING ! Object Dekstop it's always in my cart and my purchase is not in my order history ! WHY ? It is a scam ?
If it hasn't actually been registered to your account, then most likely the "debit" you're seeing is actually a preauth hold. If it doesn't go through in short order, shoot an email to [email protected] and they will get things squared away.
