New features on wincust

Have you notice you have now bigger font and stretchable boxes. If you are running a screen res higher than 800x600 you will get 3 columns, if not, you will get 2 columns, the left side will go over the right one. This will allow bigger font to be use on the site. Hope you like this new feature.

It feels much better Alex, the numbers in the boxes don't get cut off now. Thanks!

Are you going to give the users the ability to specify their own font size?

Alex,i am running 1024x768 and yes im getting three bars and gigantic fonts but the library numbers are still cut off.

ok,my problem was that i had my text in internext explorer to display larger.I had to move it back down to medium to get wincust to display right.

Now if you could speed it up a bit.........this site is as slow as a 2 legged turtle.

Not sure about the speed, it's fast here, could be an issue of pages having too much graphics or something? I.e. the site is't satured and the hardware isn't saturated either.

This is much nicer though, much easier to read.

My eyes thank you!

Looks great Alex, much easier to read

Very nice! I love the way this site looks but I did have to move closer to the monitor to read some of it. This works great! Thanks for another cool feature Alex

Don't see any difference. And about the speed, it differs between instantly and sixty-minutes-to-load.

So.....there's 'writing' on this screen?.....

/me thinks its amaizing what can be done with some crayons
they are ideal for 'writing' all over things, including monitors

Just wondering what browser Koasati's using. I noticed Wincusto on my Netscape at work is ridiculously slow. Probably Netscape not handling all the nested tables very well.

Site still seems the same in Netscape 6. And yes, it's slow as ... well, something painstakingly slow in Netscape 4.
can you tell me why some people still use this Netscape 4, Netscape 4 is crappy
Reply #19 Top
Hisss hisss...

Crappy my ass, as long as people don't nest six thousand tables for no reason whatsoever (and don't make inline text blocks, which doesn't happen here) it'll run smooth as a baby's bottom.

/me goes hissing up some better analogies

It's slow for me too, and I'm running IE (both 5 and 6). I think it probably has more to do with connection speed (hey, we can't all be lucky enough to have cable *s*).

I'm at 56k and it seems pretty quick right now. Perhaps all of the bandwidth hogs have gone to bed early . Using IE 6 under XP.

during the day (i am in England, so whatever time offset that is) the site is normally quite fast.

but in the evenings (say 8pm) it is often so slow that i give up trying to get the site to load, let alone logging in. if the site hasnt loaded after 5 minutes i tend to conclude it isnt going to
