Window Blinds crashes ICQ Plus 3 and 3.1 in Windows XP.

I emailed the folks at icqplus.org about 5-6 weeks ago about it, but no word yet about a fix.

Anyone else have this problem?

You need to put the ICQ.EXE and ICQPLUS.EXE files in your per-app settings as files to exclude. (that's the per-app settings in Windowblinds)

Wait a min... I see an inclusion list, but no exclusion list.

OMG! I know Internet Exploder, etc, but I have no idea what runs the taskbar, etc.

I could always do a ctrl+alt+del to get a list of programs and then track them down with searches, but that seems like it would take an inordinately long amount of time.

Am I missing something on the right click, properties, appearance, advanced page (in WinXP), because I only get an inclusion page?

thx again,
ash

Right-click/Properties/Appearance/WindowBlinds/Per Application/Add per-app setting...

Just add the ones you *don't* want to skin and set their per-app setting to be "Exclude this app and do not skin it".

Thank God!

I felt like I was playing rock-paper-sciccors sans paper and sciccors.
