I want to get some new modeling programs but i don't know which one to get. PLEASE HELP 
(if i am in the wrong section please tell me where i should ask this question)!
For Sins all you need is the free XSI mod tool. You can model from scratch in it if you want, but most modelers use their own personal favorite programs. Any program that makes models that can eventually be imported into XSI (usually via .obj) will work.
