Problem with purchase

Well i bought windowblinds earlier, paid via paypal, Got the paypal confirmation slip & send to the stardock

reciept page.

I go back and relogin to stardock page, and my item is still in the cart, waiting to be paid for AGAIN...

Is this supposed to happen?

This is what i see (After i paid, it's still waiting to be paid for...)
