One would have thought that the individual responsible for downloading the anthems for the participating countries should have caught that.
As most of us know unfortunately, some from first hand experience, if something can go wrong in a situation like this it will. Probably one of 'Murphy's Laws' 
She had every right to walk off that dais in disgust, good on her for not!
