help about icon packer

how can I open de files *.ip, I don`t know

You have to have the Icon Packager program installed. Once it's in your system, all you have to do is double-click on the *.ip files and they'll be automatically added to your icons collection.

my problem is ,
the files *.ip, when I do double-click, then is open the window, what say, "open to", and I have to choice a program to I can to open,
I don`t know to do?

You have to browse to the place where you installed IconPackager and select the IconPackager .exe file. Alternatively, just run IconPackager and select the .ip file.

The file that end with the IP extension are Icon Packager icon themes. Not the actual program. You need Icon Packager the program.
Or you can rename the IP extension to ZIP and uncompress it the usual way. That way you'll have a bunch of icons that you'll have to install with other programs (IconPhile, Microangello, whatever you fancy).
But since they made for InconPackager in the first place, I suggest you sick to that.
