Correct, it won't be part of ODNT nor was there any plan ever to do so (afterall, Alberto is the lead on DesktopX and has been for over 2 years, so clearly CursorXP is something we don't consider to be part of ODNT). Object Desktop isn't designed to be "giant collection of eye candy goodies". It's designed to be a desktop environment in which users can customize their PC's to be more productive. CursorXP is very very cool but it's designed to be just that - "cool".
Stardock is in the process of trying to create a WinCustomize series of apps - apps that are specific to skinning and eye candy and provide special discounts to ODNT customers. Put another way, this new series of apps is meant to be an additional bonus for Object Desktop users - rather than having to pay full price for these kinds of things, they get special discounts.
