need help, skin only 50% working

hi fellow members,i just downloaded XP Jeans skin and when i applied, only the different bars and basically colour change.

what should i do to get the XP-like start menu and the wallpaper?

If you do not have XP then you will need ObjectBar and the XP Jeans theme fro Objectbar to get that look.

Well, yes, to get the XP start bar skinned with Windowblinds, you need to be running XP.
Windowblinds doesn't emulate the XP start panel.
