Secret Stars

I've noticed twice now when I play a map listed as having 1 star (I.E. Point Break, Double Cross), there is a second star. I researched star jumps and sent a scout, there is an additional planet that appears to have a Vasari Titan and starbase. The color is Grey and they appear to be listed as rebels. Sending a fleet to conquer the planet ATM, but i didnt see this info listed anywhere. This just an easter egg of things to come? (since vasari isn't currently playable?

 

 

Also, I saw a post about moons, but havent found any yet. is there a seperate map catagory somewhere for new "Rebelion maps"? maybe i just didn't look hard enough.

The new star is for a victory condition. Occupy Planet or something like that.

Planet had Space Ponies perk (x2 I might add). Could only explore planet once, instead of twice, to get to 100%, and there was an artifact on it. Cannot confirm if either one of these are standard or appeared on it randomly.
