Preordered payed and they billed me again!

Ok so I preordered the Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion 3 weeks ago and my bank sent me the payment information so I know I payed the 29.95$.


So today I get the email with the game code and install link and everything BUT my bank sends me payment information again for the 29.95$. So I got billed again by Stardock.


Anyone had this happen to him also?

Are you sure you were actually charged the $29.95, not just agreed to pay it? As a preorder Stardock doesn't charge you until an actual product is available (I.e. the beta), so I'd be suspicious about what that charge 3 weeks ago was...

You would not have been billed 3 weeks ago for preordering. Get a picture? Also check your specific bank information online and double check.

No, I get a message from the bank on every status change. I got one when I preordered, of 2$ US and 29.95$ payed by my card and now it happend again. I am now 60$ dollars short.

 

Not cool.

I have sent a ticket but they work only to 4pm. So I have to wait till tomorrow at least. I wanted to see if anyone else had the same problem or I would knew if it was by banks or Stardock fault.
