CursorFX won't change themes

I downloaded a theme for my CursorFX today but i didn't like so when i went to go change my theme back to what it was the cursor would not change, no matter which theme I chose. I have deleted that individual theme and tried to change it then but it still would not change so then i tried reinstalling several times but that theme came coming up and it will not change any help???

If on Win7, r-click on your desktop and select Personalize. Select Change mouse pointers from the list on the left. Select Use Default and Apply. Reopen CFX and thy to change cursors.

With the default cursor applied, you should be able to reselect another CFX cursor.

and i mean that it will change back to default by going in the control panel like that but as soon as I open cursorFX it defaults back to that undesired theme and will not change to anything else

Apply the default, then browse to  C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes and find the theme and delete it from there.
