[BUG 0.86] CTRL+N before soverign settles first city crash the game

If you press CTRL+N to generate a new map, and if you do it before your sovereign has settled your first city, the game crash.

Not always in my experience. But do it too often, the game will crash. Sometimes it crashed on the first try, sometimes not until your 4th or 5th try. But crash the client it will.

Haven't noticed that one but I did get a CTD on control-N myself, so wouldn't be surprised if this is the case.
