Resolving by changing the menu to weaknesses/etc and shifting back.
Bug confirmed! Speaking of tooltips, I'm seeing a lot of tooltips (like the abilities/traits on the far left side of the hero info screen, on the portrait) have a habit of not staying on the screen - they pop in and out.
This happened to me too. I had to switch tabs back and forth to get the tooltips to pop up again.
Yeah, had this problem to. Was going to report it and then saw this.
Also, same/similar problem when creating a new Kingdom/Empire and selecting traits. I think it fixes if you switch pages.
