Does not recognize email

Hello,

I just got back from a deployment and tried to log into Stardock.  It wont accept my username, it tells me to use my email.  I tried using both my primary and alternate emails and it doesnt recognize my email.  Does anyone know a fix for this? I would like to be able to get back to the games I purchased.  Would be very upset if I lose access to the $100+ in games that I purchased through Impulse.
