Using a 1024x768 pic, you need to cut off 60 pixels from the bottom and top, if you want it to fill the entire screen. You're center image will be 1024x608. Then, delete the separator from the top and bottom. That is the line separator from the center image. Then, you will use the cut piece from the top of the main pic as the top panel. The piece will be 1024x60. And the same for the bottom piece for the bottom panel. Hence, you have 608+60+60=768. And, it will fill your whole screen. Theoretically, it should work for all resolutions as LogonStudio is resolution independent.

do u know of any programs that can cut a pic like that?

They all can, even mspaint.

MsPaint directions: Open 1024x768 image. Change attributes. 1024X80. Now you have your top panel. save.

open 1024x768 flip it(vertically). change attribute. 1024x80. flip it. now you have your bottom panel.

open 1024x768 change attribute. 1024x688. then flip it. change attribute. 1024x608. then flip it. Now you have your center panel. Done Deal

Remember to save each piece with a new name so that you don't lose your original wall.

Note: I made a mistake in the first post. The size is 80, not 60. 608+80+80=768.
You can check my math in the first post, it is wrong.
