How do i turn these folders full of skins inot useable skin files for icqplus?

i'm not sure what you mean exactly dfawlt, but do you have the icqplus program?

Yes
When idownload a skin from qincustomize it comes as a big folder with all the images in it. Not as a .ipz file. Is there a compiler or something im missing?

just put the zip file as it is in the skin directory

.ipz is actually a zip renamed
