[Bug] Mass Curse not resistable?

Mass Curse, when examined, says that it is resistable.

I just fought an encounter against some Ophidians. Ophidians have the trait of 'Spell Immunity', making them never fail a resistance check, but Mass Curse does not get resisted and works great on them.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug with all mass spells.
