Anybody tried sharpE yet?

The shell gurus out there, I read that lowdimension recently released the PR2 of sharpE (formerly sharpOS). Anybody tried it yet? I wonder how it compares to other shells, if it's easier to customize than LS, etc. It looks cool, from some screenshots I saw...
Their website http://www.lowdimension.net/ seems to be down at the moment, so I don't know much about it. I was hoping somebody here could give some info about it.

This is what shellcity has to say about it:

SHARP E..........Used to be called SharpOS, but now this Win shell replacement has had a full makeover and it's been renamed SharpE. Developed by Low Dimension International (QuickNotes, Madcow Browser to mention a few of their other products), it features what most SharpOS users have become used to, such as VWM, Tray, Desktop and the multifunctional SharpBar which hosts a bundle of useful functions such as Memory Monitor, Disk Monitor, CPU Usage Monitor, Command Line, Winamp Remote, E-Mail Checker and much more. Emphasis has been put on ease of use and clean UI design. According to the developers, "it could roughly be described as a cross between IceSphere and Outsider 99" (No current home page, but Shellfront has it on ftp).....(free)..... http://www.shellfront.org/shells/sharpe_pb2.exe

I didn't have time to install it yet. I'll give it a shot tonight or tomorrow.

OK, I'm running it as we speak.
Well, I'm both impressed and disapointed.

Good: It's sooo easy to install and very easy to use. It's fast. It has nice plugins and more will be added as the shell gets to be more well known. The interface is well thought of. In other words, a nice, clean, productive environment.

Disapointed: This build doesn't have support for XP's 8 bit transparency icons. So some icons look weird a little. Well, and this is the big one: it's not very much customizable, and it's not skinnable... You can choose and event customize your color scheme, but the menus and bar and such can't be custom graphics, just custom colors.

Anyway. It would be a very nice shell if only it would allow custom themes. Maybe it will come in a future version.
But I still invite you to try it out, it is a neat shell. Takes 2 minutes to install and 2 minutes to uninstall, so it's not big loss to give it a hurl.

I downloaded it only to find out it uses that damned msi installer, which I won't install even if the fate of the world depended on it. So I asked Mr [del] to get rid of it.

Played with an earlier version though and it was fresh.
