I need help.

Download failure?

First of all, I'm new to this forums, so I wasn't sure where to post this. Sorry if it's the incorrect section.

So I decided to buy WindowsBlinds which Stardock provides us. When I introduced my information, it said I had to sign up. So I did, and my account wasn't confirmed when I completed the payment (Stupid I didn't confirmed my account). And I think I already bought it, but when I search it up in "My Downloads", says I have no registrations.

Do I have to re-buy WindowsBlind? Or is there any way to proof I bought it, and download it? Please help me.

I'm seeing it registered to your account just fine.  It's possible there was a delay in the order processing, but you should be able to see it now on the download page:
