Sad News for Fans: Coach Joe Paterno has died of lung cancer.

Well, Coach Joe Paterno has died at the age of 85... "soldier, scholar, coach husband and man" and a father of five and a grandfather.

He was the winningest coach in college football... and was an idol and an institution at State College... Sad he died under a cloud not really of his making.

At any rate, I ask we leave that issue aside and try to just remember the good he did for many, many people.
