Purchased?

So I currently just purchased Windows Blinds. I did not receive a product key and I have no order history. I however was charged for this product. Where is it?

First - What form of payment did you use? If PayPal, is the email the same as the one used for Stardock login?

i used visa, it was from a new account i just created, atleast i thought it was. i didn't log into any other account

You can try this link to see if your purchased product is there - https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

It is possible that your order is being verified,

If you don't find your order from the above link then please email [email protected] and start a trouble ticket.

Post the ticket number here in this forum post and I will make support aware of it when they return to work on Monday.

Unless a support tech happens to check the forums during the weekend.

I take it the above link did not show a download option for your WindowBlinds purchase.

I do not work for Stardock and am only trying to find the best way to resolve your issue with the purchase.
