This time it's final.... Wonderful Etta James has passed.

I published before, and Etta recovered for a bit. She was suffering with leukemia, kidney failure, chronic hepatitis and Alzheimer's disease.

Well, her suffering (if she was, at this point) is now over. Etta's passing was announced by her family. Etta, thank you for blazing the path for so many other talents to come. Thank you for the wonder of your voice and your courage.
