Disconnections going NUTTS

Hi,

 

Since I passed from TRAIL to PAID my multiplicity isn't behaving very nice. Two sets of problems:

 

1) Constantly disconnects every 45-80 seconds and reconnects "almost" immediately. Although I'm using wireless network, this HASNT happened at all in the TRAIL version. No changes were made to the network between the versions.

 

2) in 80% of the times, after 2-3 disconnections it doesn't even reconnect. I have to physically get to the laptop, move the cursers and ONLY then it will reconnect. and the laptop isn't going to sleep as I use it and the disconnections occur when its either used or left alone.

Re-run the setup Wizard on both computers.  It's possible the Windows firewall exceptions didn't get set the first time, so this should force it.  Also, if you can, try switching the laptop to a wired connection just to see if there's any difference.

Did both, a few times actually .. It appears theres something different between the versions. The Trail was EXCELLENT.

 

Someone said here that he returned to 1.21 and it all works perfectly.

 

How come NONE of the devs is refering to this? this is not a free software. How can I address an official support ticket??
