How do i access money in my Account

Hi

I have $50.00 in my acc which was put in there last xmass as a xmass for a firend but there was a mix up and he was not able to access the voucher so it is now in my account.

My Q is , how to i access this money so that i can spend it ?

You would need to contact [email protected] to get that resolved.

I have done that and they said the money was in my Stardock Account, but where do i find it? as i want to make a purchase and use it

The best course of action would now be to reply to the email they sent telling you that the money was there and ask for instructions on accessing it.

You should have received a ticket number from sales and/or Stardock support.  Post the number here.

Unfortunately, Stardock is closed for the Thanksgiving holiday and won't return until Monday.

If I remember correctly, when you go to checkout you should have a choice to pay with your credits.
