Ocean theme with whitecaps or seashore with the same what software do i use to create my own? I want to use my own santa picture i painted but animate it. Sorry being a newbie. Any help appreciated.

Hello there ! What you need to "Skin" Is the software "Windowblinds" link to apply your skin (and others) & "Skinstudio" link to create your own THEME- WE call them Windowblinds, blinds or skins.
