Sending tickets to support AND sales?
I sent an SOS ticket to [email protected] , but I'm wondering if it should have gone to [email protected] - Anyone know... if I send another ticket to support, will it just kick back my sales support ticket? lol Hope that makes sense...
I'm a new Stardock customer, wishing a knew where my products were... especially since Paypal shows a charge, but the order receipt page link that (I assume) is supposed to show what I ordered instead of just how much is blank. No email to my registered address or my (now registered) Paypal address -and when I try to see my product registrations, there's nothing there. I did manage to do a registration transfer, to merge my Paypal and account address together, but when I try to retrieve serial numbers, I get a "Lookup Failed" error.

I hardly ever whine; I hardly ever fret when it takes awhile to get programs... but darn it... It's Object Desktop, Object Dock AND Wincustomize subscriptions!
Ya'll basking in the glory of customized desktops, go ahead - brag away... OR... have pity and give me some ideas of what I need to do?
