Can I use XSI Mod tool ver. 6.01 with sins. I hate 7.5

I think so but I think V6 is XP only and will not work on Vista or Win7. IIRC Major Stress had tried to go back to V6.

The ConvertXSI from Sins has not been updated since V6

What's wrong with V7.5?

6 will work with Win 7 if you have the Ultimate Edition (has compatibility mode). I am using XSI 6 for final export because newer versions somehow manage to mess up the .xsi format so that the converter won't read them.
