New Windows open behind current window

I have found a problem that seems related to ObjectDock 2. When I open a new window, it always opens behind the current window. Normally, I'd expect a new window to come to the forefront. When I have ObjectDock disabled, this is indeed what happens. I have searched on the Internet and have run across other people stating the same issue. I can't find a setting in ObjectDock that accounts for new window opening preferences. Is there something I'm missing, or is this a bug that will need to be addressed in a future version/update? Getting the answer to this out there would be helpful to a lot of people.
