.NET Framework initialization error

i just installed the objectdock on my laptop and when the program started up, i got an error window telling me to contact the publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework. its asking for v4.0.30319 i looked on the website but have not had any luck finding out the information that i need. I have already uninstalled it and then re installed it in the hopes that that would work but have had no success with that.. any and all help is greatly appreciated

OD 2.0 doesn't require NET 4....something else is throwing the error.. That said:

Start/ Run/ %systemroot%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64

If 4.0 shows installed: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/10/13/8999004.aspx verifiy install is installed correctly.
