quicklaunch dock only for ´running applications´

Hello,

I run my apps from the tabbed dock, I have hidden the windows taskbar. So I only need something to see my running apps. Quicklaunch dock would be great for that, So I just remove all icons from quicklaunch bar, This works, BUT, when I restart the netbook all the icons are back again.. Why is that? How can I fix this.

windows 7 sp1

Before you reboot, close ObjectDock manually.
