Diplomacy - Error while updating to 1.3.1

It's two day I'm trying to update my Diplomacy installation to 1.3.1 via Impulse; everytime i get this error back "Error: Error retrieving Data", after that the installation process stops. I can only select "Cancel Download" form the context menu in Impulse to play with the old version, but it is not possibile to update to the latest version anyway. ANy suggestion ?

check firewall, if that's not the problem, then talk to support.

I don't think it's a firewall problem, since it is not active. Thx anyway
