How do I create new templates that actually work In Galaxy Forge? I've created Galaxy templates before, but I can never make them work for some reason.

Edit -> Galaxy Templates

Add at least one group, rename it, add what you want to it. Go to the desired planet, edit, hit the template drop down arrow. Any custom templates should be above "Empty".
