Overnight Server Issues

It appears we had some server issues last night which caused some ruckus on WinCustomize downloads and images.  From what I understand everything should be in working order now.

Sorry if you had any troubles last night. :)

My experience was that it affected JU also. I'm glad it's fixed, I knew it would be.

Great job by the server coding pigeons!!  (Or whom ever it is that fixes these thangs!)

I couldn't get on to WinCustomize last night. I did a virus scan and after it was done... it was telling me that it was a bad site... and I was locked out. I was also told that it had found a Trojan Horse. I have Norton Anti Virus Premier 360 the latest version. I had to change a few settings and then change them back in the Settings menu and then I was able to get back on to WinCustomize without problem. Norton Anti Virus also had me download their Reboot Tool for CD but it didn't work. Could Norton Anti Virus have been part of the problem in locking some people out last night?

Norton does really strange stuff from time two time. Like not catching over 137 trojans, viruses and other assorted bad stuff on this fugazy machine I'm forced to use. Took me nearly an hour to clean it out. And believe it or not this place has their own IT 'professionals'. Yeah right!

How can I say this nicely...... NORTON IS A SECURITY RISK......

Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.

There was a server issue, it had nothing to do with Norton.  But on that note I have received some reports of Norton flagging something on WinCustomize although nothing specific.  Take it with a grain of salt.

I refuse to use Norton and when It comes preloaded on a new machine I get it off ASAP!
