"String not found" german.str 1.30/1.31

hi,

since the 1.30 patch i often see that message. (many at the detailed standing mouse over in the diplomatic screen, and at the mouse over texts from the modified/new techs in the tech trees)

are these still bugs, or are the patches 1.30 and 1.31 english only versions and the localized versions gain their patches later?

(i know the workaround with renaming or deleting the german.str temporaly)

should i simply lean back and wait for an upcoming patch, or should i contact the support?

does someone knows more about that?
