Havent play diplomacy for a year already and today i have noticed that even though my relationship with some of the npcs are above 4.0(my relationship toward them are below 3.5), i still do not have the option to cease fire with them. Am I missing something cuz in the old time, you only require one faction with 3.5+ relationship toward another one. So do i have to have both faction having 3.5+ relationship in order to highlight the cease fire option? TY
