As for hacking and defacing? A juvenile response to a genuine invasion of privacy with an invasion of privacy.

As for this man's death? Who knows? There were reports early on that he had problems of a drug and alcohol nature.

As far as I'm concerned, Murdoch is a low-life conniving parasite and he deserves hacking alright... into tiny little pieces.

Orright, that's not gonna happen, but it sure as hell looks like his media empire is crumbling around him, so I'll accept next best, I suppose.

The one bad thing that could come out of this... he might want to move back to Australia.  Hmmmm... don't want the bastard here.

Perhaps the cannibals of the Central Highlands of PNG could take him.  If so, fellas, we'll happily provide the vegetables and cranberry sauce.

More nonsense from these idiots.  I'm curious as who decided they are some organization of authorities who deface websites.

This whole thing is purely political anyways.  If News Corp wasn't connected to Fox News it wouldn't even be news.

Gave up his passport awhile ago, he is now an American and they can keep him.

I'm getting a bit sick of lulzsec, I thought they have broken up or something ... could not care less.

My thoughts were of the whistleblower. He's found dead after revealing all he knew about this hacking thing. Tell me Murdoch or someone of his ilk had nothing to do with it. Yeah right.

Why not wait for autopsy results, Uvah.

As I said in reply #1, there were reports of alcohol and drug abuse. Since matters are not clear, why create a conspiracy theory?

Why not wait and see?

Maybe because I don't believe in coincidence.

Still you have to stop and think.........despite his ill health would he have died if he did not blow the whistle? That it comes soon after he did would give anyone pause. Coincidence?

That's the best news I've gotten all day... that should he dare show his face here we can have him deported ASAP.

Just wondering, has that other parasite, James Packer, given up his passport as well?

Would be nice to send him packing also... but is the US far enough?  :-"

He had to become a US citizen to expand his News holdings there....and is the most powerful 'entity' in the News media industry.

Unfortunately his empire includes utter rags .... bottom-feeders in the world of News media....something the English are very good at.

If it's not page 3 tits and bums it's gutter press all the way.

One 'plus' to come out of it is that we in Victoria won't be getting some UK blow-in as Police Commissioner anytime soon....the candidate had to fall on his sword over there.

If we here want incompetent fools as Police Commissioner I'm sure we can hatch one locally instead.

Did watch Murdoch getting grilled last night, starting to look his age. Can't see the shareholders keeping someone who doesn't know what is going on in his companies. Hell, he had trouble understanding the questions.

The shaving cream pie could of killed him if it wasn't for his bodyguard wife slapping the man down.

It's a bit funny ... Maybe he did know something about what is going on in the USA and the hacking of family of the 9/11 victims. If something like that gets out goodbye FOX network. It would make a good book.

I'd rather page 3 tits than the majority of what else is in the papers... bad news; gutter news; bullshit news; worse news and f**king advertising.

In fact, they can put tits on every page if all that other stuff gets replaced.

'Ere, wot do I care anyhow.... haven't bought a newspaper in 20 something years... and before that I only bought it [the Sunday Mail] for the TV guide and Rugby League news.  Nowadays I get the TV guide online from Yahoo 7 and my rugby league news from the Footy Show on Channel 9, so newspapers are obsolete... except for wrapping scraps, etc, and somebody kindly chucks 2 local rags on my driveway for free every week.

Well...if its here in the forums its probably out there too. All we got to do is sit back and hope the fallout 'falls' in all the right places. i'd love to see some of these corporate jackasses cut down to size.

So, yesterday I watched incompetent MP's "question" the Murdochs. All show, no substance: Just face time for the pols, with a bit of shaving creme circus tossed in.

Same in the USA. Incompetent Senators and Congressmen "grilling" CEO's or whoever's turn it might be in the "Biggest Show (diversion) on Earth".

Only Crown/Federal Prosecuters with 10 or more years experience should be allowed to question them - not idiot politicians.

Does anyone seriously believe that a man could get in there with shaving creme? A miracle it wasn't a hand grenade.

Luckily, Rupie's wife Wendi is a ninja assassin... otherwise he might have been shaved to death.

Precisely, Doc, politicians barely understand the questions they're asking... so what f**king hope they got of understanding the answers?

And shoot, weren't those answers from the Murdochs clear and concise!  The old bloke stumbled his way through his, and the younger one had so many ho's and um's he almost sounded uneducated and/or illiterate.  We know he isn't, though, the ho's and um's were just stalling tactics while he perfected the bullshit he was about the serve up to the inquiry.

Nope, you couldn't trust a Murdoch... neither could lie straight in bed.  If you gave a Murdoch a cyanide pill to put them out of our misery, you couldn't trust him to take it.  No, he'd paint it blue and sell it to a rival as a Viagra.
