None Exsistant Purchase?

Hey, i used impulse for the first time earlier today. I installed it, made an account and purchased sins of a solar empire and was told i would receive an e-mail with download details within 15 minutes (depending on server loads). I paid with Visa, but what is worrying me is that its been somewhere around 10-11 hours ago that i made the purchase and have not had a e-mail or receipt or any word from impulse. its as tho i havent purchased anything. I have send in a support ticket around an hour after the purchase was made but i have had nothing but a few automated responses which were useless. Hopefully someone here can help.

TommmyGun, first check your email spam folder.

If the response isn't there, write to [email protected] and describe what happened fully.

Then please wait until an actual person responds. Don't keep writing as your ticket will be kicked to the end of the queue each time.

There is no e-mail, i sent a e-mail to [email protected] and they made me a support ticket with stardock, I came here because ididnt want to send another ticket and be bumped back to end and queue.
