Dell Dock

Hi, I've had my Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop for almost 1 year now and is great, My dell dock stopped working about 3 months ago and didnt make anything of it. It's got too the point of annoying on another level, every time i start my computer it says "The dell dock is not responding" Then if i press send error it just repeats the message. If i do not send the error report then it says "The dell dock has stopped responding" Job done, Obviously it still doesnt start up. If i tick or untick the box on the error report message it does the same thing.

I've tried reinstalling and nothing works. When it gets to the point of "Optimizing" (dont know the rest) The error comes up. I really want to get this issue sorted as the dell dock is a great tool. (I have virus scanned my computer and there was absolutely no issues)

Please can someone help me with this annoying issue? Thank you in advance.
