Increasing Fleet Supply: Any Help?

Hello there, I have been searching the forums and Google for a mod that increases fleet supply.  For some reason I could not find the mod that did this, even though I remember something similar.  I only have original Sins, so it would have to be compatible with that if anyone wants to help me with making it myself.  I also saw a few post that say to do it yourself by editing gameplay. constants , but when I increase the large supply to 3.75, the game instantly ends and the cost for crystal and metal are extreme low numbers such as -3442432344124124, and the same for fleet supply.  Any help is appreciated.

Sorry that I am a bit of a noob at modding.

There are very few mods for Org Sins and I don't recall a current one for fleet supply.

Always good to have a new modder in the community and everyone here is extremely helpful if you want to learn.

A few points

Always show what version of what expansion (are you up-to-date patching org Sins?)

Unlike diplomacy and entrenchment which use a manifest system, org sins requires the mod to have the complete set of reference files.

The reference files supplies by Iron Clad are very out of date. Do you have a current set or convert your own?

Try putting in 1.95 instead of 3.75. No evidence to support this, but something tells me going over 2 is a bad idea. IF that fails; you can edit the fleet supply research techs. Edit: And myfist ninjas in for the kill. That weebly site is great for the record, try it out!

Change all for the races in whatever mod you have or Vanilla if you want incompatibility issues (don't mess with vanilla)

You can get crazy fleet supply. 

Other way is to change scalar in constants for fleet size as Lavo_2 mentions, which is the easy way to do it.
