Duplicate Key

I just bought Magicka from Stardock, but when I try to register the game (through Steam for some reason) I get a message that I have a duplicate key, and that I can't register it.  I've tried reinstalling it a few times, and I have put a ticket in with Impulse.  That was 2 days ago.  What is my next step?

email [email protected] or [email protected] to help you with your problem. 

Wait for a person to answer (not the automated receipt) before writing again since doing so will kick you to the end of the help queue.

Post the ticket number and I'll try to help when I catch a Support person passing by...

Have you received a reply by any Support person, and if so - who?

Here is the ticket number.  NQX-743753

 I realize that sometimes mistakes happen, which I why I just bought Sword of the Stars from Impulse.  It just would be nice to get a response, even if it is "We have to get back to you, but we have read the post" type of thing.

 

Anyway, no one has said anything to me yet.

So, how long is Stardock going to do support on a product that is no longer owned by them? Just curious...
