Product Paid for but not received and registration keys not recognised

Firstly,  I just bought Europa Universallis 3 Complete in the current sale, the game is paid for via paypal (received the receipt from paypal but not from impulse) but doesn't show up in my Impulse games list.

 

Secondly, I have a PC DVD copy of Galactic Civ II Ultimate Edition and impulse won't recognise the product key for it.  Impulse recognises that I have it installed but won't take the CD key.

 

In both cases, trying to use the serial retrieval system (https://www.stardock.com/support/) has returned absolutely nothing.

 

Help! :(

#1: This can often happen when you PayPal email address is different from your Impulse account email address.  If this is the case, you can try using our merge tool to try to get everything on the same account:

https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

If you're still having trouble, send as much information as you can to [email protected]

#2: Send the serial number and any email addresses you may have ever used to register it to [email protected] so we can see what's happening.

Rosco_P - I'd like to clarify... not to [email protected] ?  Are both support entities still operating together?

At the moment, it's going to the same place (me), but yes, [email protected] would be more accurate.  Muscle memory is hard to shake...
