BUG - Don't keep on bottom

When I start de Object Dock, it works perfectly. Aways on the bottom, no matter what I do, and when i hit "show desktop" it stills there.
The problem I've found is that: when I open something (anything) with the ObjectDock, it starts to behave like "Always on Top". But nothing changes when you look at the options. Only fix when I reset the ObjectDock.
I have Windows Vista.
Can you fix this problem? I'm going to uninstall it for a while, because it's annoying having this always on top.
